Ms. Hatcher joined the MLA team in 2016. In her capacity as a Business Advisor. Alicia’s time is focused largely on MLA’s accounting support functions, including providing accounting and analysis for key clients.
Her efforts have included work for several industries including construction, music education, retail, and service. Her efforts in these industries have included customer relations, managing accounting functions, management, budgeting, and forecasting with each of the clients.
Ms. Hatcher last served as an Accounting Administrator with a Armcorp Construction. She was fully responsible for all aspects of the Accounting functions for the company, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Processing Payroll and one on one communication with all vendors and customers for the company.
Prior to Armcorp Construction. Ms. Hatcher served as an AP Staff Accountant for Piqua Steel Company, where she assisted in all Account Payable function, monthly and quarterly taxes, and overseeing the cash flow analysis for management.
Prior to Piqua Steel Company. Ms. Hatcher served as a Bookkeeper for Kucks Turkey Farm, where she assisted with overseeing the day to day operations. This includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and creating financials for month end for management.
Prior to Kuck’s Turkey Farm. Ms. Hatcher served in Management for a local company where she assisted with training, inventory control, payroll, preparing schedules, and customer service.
Ms. Hatcher graduated from University of Northwestern Ohio in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Forensic Accounting.
Ms. Hatcher currently resides in the Dayton, Ohio.
