David Biddle is a Principle for MLA. He is a CFO advisor who focuses on acting as an outsourced CFO for LGI clients.
He budgets for and projects operating results and working capital requirements, leading efforts to improve timeliness of reporting. He also mentors financial personnel.
Biddle is a former CFO/CIO in charge of accounting, finance, and IT at Corporate Financial Group.
He is an expert in information systems, and in the IT area he concentrates on software evaluation, selection, and implementation, as well as quality management.
He leads accounting system conversions to new software, and analyzes and models distribution channels and margins.
“I really enjoy determining ways to improve processes and help companies streamline, eliminate waste, and move forward,” he said.
He also worked as an executive vice president and vice president of operations for a manufacturer, and was a corporate controller for a large investment holding company.
Biddle earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting at Wright State University in 1987, and is a CPA.
