“My approach to client service is to identify those things that can help the company be more efficient, reduce costs and improve the bottom line. In line with this I strive to give the client tools which they can use to gain a better understanding of what drives their profitability. If appropriate in the circumstances I also look to find ways to encourage client personnel to take on new and different things so they can become a bigger contributor to the company’s success.”
