Bob is a Senior Financial Executive and experienced CFO with a history of being an effective leader and business partner. He has a proven track record of financial and operational improvement and turn-around. Bob brings credibility to financial reporting for decision-making.
Bob has deep expertise in strategic and operational planning, goal alignment, analysis, modeling, process improvement, and ERP System implementations. He has worked in manufacturing, distribution, construction, and contracting, and privately held and family-owned businesses.
Prior to MLA, Bob was CFO for two different online retailers, also serving as General Manager at one. Bob implemented Warehouse Management Systems in both and integrated them with other systems. Prior to that, Bob worked with specialty manufacturing companies as CFO, managing staff in multiple locations, managed credit and collections and annual budgeting.
Bob has led turn-around efforts in manufacturing companies and helped them return to profitability, and some were sold. He provided interim CEO/COO leadership to facilitate a financial turnaround during operational difficulties. Bob has intervened in a failed ERP implementation, and initiated labor cost savings to right-size the organizational structure.
Bob has an MBA from Xavier University with a Finance & Taxation Concentration, and a BBA from the University of Cincinnati, Accounting and Operational Management.
Lives and his wife Kim live in Cincinnati and enjoy following college football, along with the Reds and Bengals.
