Mike helps MLA clients to achieve above-market growth by implementing Strategic Marketing, particularly in manufacturing.  His skills include strategic planning, market assessment and development, contract negotiation, new product and service development with financial justification, team leadership, industry analysis (macro and micro economic), and project execution.

Prior to joining MLA, Mike served in senior leadership positions with numerous manufacturers including large, multinational corporations and regional, privately held companies.  His 13 years immersed in Emerson’s fiscal discipline culture included Director level roles in marketing, product development and strategic planning.

Mike has an MBA from Clemson University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.  He and his wife have three children, and live in Springboro, OH.
